person, who is regarded only by wise people as one who has eradicated the 
pollutants (

āsava

), is indifferent to the world and worldly incidents. 

Pañcaggadāyaka attained the fruition stage of Stream-entry (

Sotāpatti

) at 

the conclusion of the discourse.
